Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed, it typically takes 1-2 business days to process and prepare for shipment.
Shipping Methods
- Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. Delivery usually takes 10-15 business days after dispatch. The shipping fee is $12.95.
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery typically takes 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Shipping Areas
We ship globally, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia. Please check with our customer service if you are unsure about delivery to your location.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy within 15 days of receiving your items.
Return & Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.
- Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the item(s).
- Package the Item(s): Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Ship the Item(s): Send the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Receive Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and exchanges will be shipped to you as soon as possible.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of certain products, the following items are non-returnable:
- Custom Orders: Items that have been customized or made-to-order cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Final Sale Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
