Add a stylish and secure entrance to your home with the Addroom® 2.4m x 1.2m Porch. Built from WPC (wood-polymer composite) providing a wipe-clean, low maintenance exterior surface. The front porch has been designed with simplicity, ease and security in mind. No matter the weather, the area will stay warm in the winter and cool in the summer as it has Polyisocyanurate insulation between the walls, roof and floor. The windows are 28mm double glazed, supporting insulation as well as security. Enter the porch through the PVCu door which comes with a 10-point locking system. Install the front porch on the fully pressure treated floor bearers (guaranteed for 10 years) which are provided as standard. Installation – We do not offer installation. All our garden buildings have been designed for the DIY market and supplied with full pictorial instructions and YouTube tutorials.

Foundation – This product is to be built on consolidated ground. We recommend a flat, level, square concrete base.

No Bespoke Sizes – All our products are sold as advertised and we do not do bespoke sizes. Our model ranges come in different sizes you can choose from. This allows us to ensure consistent quality of our products and precise cuts made by our machines.

Planning Permission – Due to the unique design of a Dunster House product, in vast majority cases our garden buildings can be installed without the need for planning permission. If you are still in doubt, we highly recommend getting in contact with your local authority before making a final purchase.

Delivery Service – All our products are delivered using our own fleet of vehicles, not sub-contractors. Our deliveries take place Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:30 am and 7:00 pm. Please find more information on how your delivery will be carried out on our website and in your order confirmation.
